       Based on Embedded computer technique, image recognition technique, machine learning (AI) technologies, this detector is designed to long service life, ultra reliable; detect fabric joints (seams) in a wide range of materials, including woven fabric, nonwoven fabric, foam, sponge, paper. It identifies various seam types: Plain, Lapped, Bound, Flat, Centre back seam, Inseam, Side seam. while effectively filtering out interference like lint, broken threads, creases, and oil stains etc. The detector maintains high reliability under industrial environment.

       This detector was initially invented in 2016 Hebei province China, publish first stable version and were batch equipped in factory in Fujian province China on March 2018. Now it is almost standard equipped by brushing machine and shearing machine.

Recognize Seam Types:
    Plain, lapped, bound, flat, centre back seam, inseam, side seam.

Application machines:
  1. Finishing shearing machines: Used for shearing processes on synthetic leather base fabrics, ultra-soft fabrics, and curtain fabrics; automatically lift the blade upon seams.
  2. Finishing calendering machines: Help calender automatically lift the roller upon seams, protect calendar roller.
  3. Textile Stenter (Dyeing and Finishing Stenter): Help to make alarm to remind workers new piece of cloth is coming and change trolley on time.
  4. Dyeing and printing plant fabric folding/stacking machines: Automatically stops the machine when a seam is detected, it means a bolt of cloth have been finished.
  5. Synthetic leather coating lines (dry/wet process): Automatically lifts the coating blade upon seams, no need manual control.
